Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the products, without giving any reason (articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code).

What cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned once opened for health protection or hygiene reasons (article 59, letter e, of the Italian Consumer Code). So we accept a return only if the product is still closed in its original packaging, with the seal intact. This applies to sex toys, lubricants, cosmetics, massage products and condoms.

Lingerie and intimate apparel can be returned only if never worn, in the original packaging, with tags and hygiene liners intact.

How to return

  1. Write to us at ciao@myseconddrawer.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the products you want to return. You can also use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
  2. We reply with the return authorisation and the address of our warehouse, which is in Spain.
  3. Ship the parcel within 14 days of your notice, well packed, with the return code we gave you.

The cost of sending the products back is yours. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Refund

We refund the price of the products and the standard shipping cost of the order within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you show us proof that you have sent them. If a product reaches us used, opened or damaged, we may reduce the refund in proportion to its loss of value.

Faulty or wrong product

All products come with the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). If a product does not work, is faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. In these cases the return costs are ours, and we can repair, replace or refund the product.
